TV repeats

The TV people have done it again' They have started the new year by puting on a load of repeat programs that everyone had forgotten about, And to crown it all Helo Dolly is at this moment as i write this blog page! What do we actualy pay a tv licence for, After all we have already viewed these programs, So why do we have to pay twice or even more times to watch something we have already payed for!
